How do i know if my father actually got vaccinated? i live in a country where there are reports of nurses not actually vaccinating people, they simply insert the needle in but dont inject the vaccine. how can i test whether my father got vaccinated?

Checking for antibodies should help in determining if he has immunity. It is not likely otherwise that nurses are not injecting the vaccine, there might have been an isolated case.
