What if someone(he) is vaccinated in childhood and don't remember,which vaccine was given.and he is grown up now like 24 age. what happens if he is again injected with same vaccine? is it fatal if same vaccine in injected?

No. If anything they receive a booster effect to the prior vaccine. It is a common happening. I would not worry about it.

No, absolutely not fatal. You may have a stronger local reaction, but most likely will just get a boost in your immunity and no other side effects. There is absolutely NO vaccine that will cause serious harm if extra doses are given, unless you are allergic to a particular vaccine (and hopefully that you WOULD remember) 😉! So talk to your primary care doctor about what you are due for.
