No. If anything they receive a booster effect to the prior vaccine. It is a common happening. I would not worry about it.

No, absolutely not fatal. You may have a stronger local reaction, but most likely will just get a boost in your immunity and no other side effects. There is absolutely NO vaccine that will cause serious harm if extra doses are given, unless you are allergic to a particular vaccine (and hopefully that you WOULD remember) 😉! So talk to your primary care doctor about what you are due for.
