Often: You no doubt have had an increase in myopia since the procedure which we call regression. Further lasik can be done ( termed enhancement) provided your cornea is thick enough. You should if possible go back to the original surgeon who did your eyes and discuss this.

Maybe: If you had your original lasik when you were only 18, that is very young to have had lasik surgery. Your eye prescription may well have changed over time.
