Often: You no doubt have had an increase in myopia since the procedure which we call regression. Further lasik can be done ( termed enhancement) provided your cornea is thick enough. You should if possible go back to the original surgeon who did your eyes and discuss this.

Maybe: If you had your original lasik when you were only 18, that is very young to have had lasik surgery. Your eye prescription may well have changed over time. Depending on several factors such as how thick your corneas remain and your prescription, additional surgery might be possible. You need a careful consult with an experienced surgeon to find out.
