LASIK enhancement : Most patients who previously had lasik are candidates for additional laser if they end up over or under corrected. Thankfully most patients who have lasik will remain stable for a very long time. Please see your own eye doctor to see if you are a candidate.

I agree that an enhancement may be possible, but at age 43, I would make certain that enhancing the distance wouldn't push you into need for readers, depending on your visual needs. Some patients don't realize that presbyopia is imminent at 43, ask for an enhancement, and are frustrated at the loss of near.
