May consider yoga, Pilates or some exorcise regimen attuned to deep breathing. Just taking a deep breath and being aware of your breathing, relax and enjoy (be mindful) of yourself. A soft posture brace may help, also.

While panic attacks are a possibility, it is important to rule out other physical causes without doing too much invasive testing. Some conditions can cause chest pain or feelings of heart racing/skipping a beat and also cause feelings of anxiety. Seeing a doctor and being evaluated considering all of your current conditions and symptoms would be the best place to start.
