See doctor: Chest pain has many etiologies. Sometimes benign as muscular or skeletal in origin. Gastroesophageal reflux can also cause chest pain. Cardiac etiology of course would be the most worrisome. If you have unexplained chest pain, the only way to confirm its cause is to have a doctor evaluate you.
