Why do i get chest pains when my heart test come back normal such as ekg and stress test and ultrasound on heart. what other tests should i have?

You gave the answer: There are at least 15 different things that can cause "chest pains" other than your heart or ischemic heart disease. You indicate in your history that you have painful joints and arthritis and joint pain. It is highly likely that one of the more than 20 joints in your chest is arthritic and causing your pain. Be thankful your heart tests are normal. See a rheumatologist rather than a cardiologist.
