Your echo findings are of concern and need to be addressed by a cardiologist. When pulmonary hypertension is due to mitral regurgitation it can sometimes be reversible if the mitral regurgitation is corrected with surgery. The tricuspid regurgitation may also be due to pulmonary hypertension and could improve with mitral valve surgery. Please see a cardiologist without delay.
