When in for an ultrasound and my left ovary was able to be seen both on top and transvag but my right ovary could be seen from top but was unable to be seen on a transvag is that normal? i been having alot of pain on that side?

Yes it is normal for the transvaginal ultrasound to miss one ovary, if the abdominal one did not find the cause of your pain you.may need a pelvic MRI.
