Do you have a primary care doctor that can see you vs the emergency room? I do think that you need to be see and evaluated.

Definitely need to be evaluated in person. Best would be by your primary care doc if they can accommodate a sick call, next an urgent care and last ER. Work up may be needed, including imaging studies.
