Your lungs ...: Your lungs are trying to tell you that smoking is really bad for you. Tobacco smoking irritates the airways and often induces chronic bronchitis (aside from chronic obstructive lung disease, emphysema, and lung cancer). The question is not why it does hurt your lungs but why you want to use it?
