Occasional "Skipping" of the heartbeat is not abnormal in an otherwise healthy individual. I assume this was the reason you underwent the ECG and an echo. I do not quite understand the question mark at the end of your last sentence. If you were not told that the ECG and the echo were normal, please ask your doctor to be sure.
