I was diagnosed with maxillary sinitius in left sinus three weeks ago. i am taking medicine and and a antihistamine nasal spray from past 2 weeks. only one nasal passage is blocked at a time. there is not much improvement any advice how can i cure it?

You cannot cure it on your own if there is an ongoing bacterial infection. Neti pot nasal rinses may ameliorate symptoms. If you are lacking improvement, contact your doctor and seek modifications in therapeutic interventions.
