I have tried fluticasone and mometasone furoate nasal spray for 2-3 months many times. but no relief at all in my post nasal drip. whereas antihistamine like cetrizine/loratadine relieves symptoms immediately in a day or so. why my body is like that?

Why? : Everyone is different. Go to uptodate.com and read about steroid and antihistamines for post nasal drip etc. then discuss with your team. The body is complex and every one is different. Mostly because our genes are different.

Why do some people do not respond at all to corticosteroid nasal sprays( fluticasone,mometasone)? Do steroids fail to reduce inflammation in such people?does it also mean that steroid would be unable to cause any side effect in such bodies/people?
