Large turbinates: I agree that an ENT exam is essential but to address your question, the two swollen pink lumps that you are visualizing are the inferior turbinates, a normal structure in the lateral wall of the nasal cavity. This enlargement of these structures may represent allergy. Are you taking OTC nasal sprays for more than 3 days? If you are, you may have rhinitis secondary to overuse of nasal sprays.
