I am suffering from maxillary sinitius from last one month. my doctor told me to use antihistamine nasal spray 2 time a day. but sometime i do not feel the need of taking it, should i take it or not. can i use it for 2 weeks?

Not sure what symptoms you are having but, if the doctor who examined you prescribed an antihistamine nasal spray, then take it as prescribed. It is fine to take it for 2 weeks. Hopefully, the doctor treating your sinusitis is going to see you again to make sure your symptoms and sinusitis resolve. If your symptoms are gone, then perhaps you can stop the nasal spray-call your doctor and ask!

If you have a definite uncomplicated maxillary sinus infection appropriate antibiotics should eradicate it well before 4 weeks. If you're not taking antibiotics, consider requesting a course or obtain a second opinion from an ENT specialist.
