Can bad panic attacks cause blood work to behigh?

You would need to be much more specific. The only blood work I can think of that would be affected by the rapid breathing associated with a panic attack would be the carbon dioxide level - and that would be low, not high. An abnormal blood glucose (either low or high), or severe anemia, could trigger someone to have a panic attack, but the panic disorder would not cause the anomaly.

A panic attack can elevate your blood pressure. With anxiety you are more likely to have a panic attack. Panic attacks mimic signs of heart attack but are very treatable. Have a physical exam by a Dr. to know if you have an illness. Consult with a Psychiatrist for medication & a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy to help you.
