Hi, i can feel something soft tube like at the bottom of my testicle. it doesn't hurt when touching but sometimes it suddenly hurts while sitting or changing posture while sitting like i vein got squeezed. can it be epididymis ?

Yes, it is the epididymis with the tail and vas deferens which you felt. It is not epididymitis (inflammation of the epididymis). And sometimes man has the same feeling you felt when changing position, especially if you wear tight underwear or pant like jean.
