When i squeeze veins in the testicles it is painful, is this 'vein' the epididymis?

Get evaluated...: If you are having pain and tenderness when you palpate your testicles it is important you get seen as soon as possible.This could associated with infection, testicular torsion, venous deformity, among others.It is not possible to tell without seeing you and doing an exam. If this has been going on just for a few hours and significant pain go to the ED.If has been going on for a while get see PCP.
