I fell down the stairs 6 hours ago. at first i didnt feel anything besides a burning pain in my back from the scratches i got. now, im feeling very woozy. it feels like the room is spinning whenever i walk. why?

This is not a usual reaction to an uncomplicated superficial back injury. I recommend getting checked in the hospital emergency room to rule out internal blood loss,unrecognized concussion,vertebral fracture,etc.

You are experiencing at a minimum a post head concussion syndrome. Other significant conditions involving brain and cervical spine may have occurred and have to be ruled out promptly. A visit to a local urgent care or ER will be justified given circumstances.
