Hi, please help. i first started by having blurry vision, when that got better i became dizzy with a light headache and felt a burning sensation in my stomach yesterday. i slept after coming back from work but im still feeling a bit dizzy now ?

Symptoms: Fever? Blood pressure? Neurological impairment? Lung sounds? Suggestive of anything from common cold to stroke. You will have to be examined to be diagnosed and then properly treatment planned.
