Ive been feeling really dizzy lately and whenever i walk, move positions, or even stand i feel very off balance and when i lay down i feel as if everything is shaking around me and i just want to know what could be the cause of that and why.

Vertigo: Sounds like you have developed vertigo or some dysfunction with your vestibular gland. Talk or see a local provider there are solutions for your problem.
