I have been feeling extremely sick for over a week now. i have dizziness , stomach and back pain and burning , nausea , etc. what could this be?

Peptic Ulcer?: This could be a gastric ulcer or gastritis. Other possibilities are gallbladder stones or cholecystitis as well as pancreatitis. If you are feeling extremely sick this could be a medical emergency and you should go t the nearest er.
