I took a pregnancy test this morning ans it came back positive. i also noticed spotting. it was pink. is this a sign of miscarriage?

Not necessarily. The best advice I can give you is for you to see your OB/GYN who can evaluate you and advise you appropriately

Spotting in early pregnancy is not uncommon. If you do not get cramps and florid bleeding, you should be okay. You may get a blood HCG level and repeat the test in 2-3 days, in a normal pregnancy HCG levels double every 2-3 days, in early pregnancy. Wish you good health and a healthy baby!
