Depends on : How much they dropped by and in what period of time. In general a falling quant HCG is associated with an abnormal pregnancy that will likely result in miscarriage. Ectopic pregnancies are classically associated with abnormally rising quants, bleeding, and pain. Each case demands individual attention and talking to your obgyn is best.
