Good Question: First of all you need to see your doctor and find out what is going on. It is possible the miscarriage did not finish, or you could have an ectopic pregnancy and not a miscarriage. Sometimes a miscarriage also leads to a rare form of pregnancy induced cancer. So, assuming you did not follow your pregnancy hormones down to zero before, this may not be a new pregnancy.
