I drank water from a bottle that somebody i do not know might have drank from(probably not, but my ocd is raging). in scenario wherethat person drank from that bottle, and i drank few minutes later, could i get infected with hiv like it. thank you?

Not HIV with other rather common infections still possible if water was contaminated, definitely your OCD is contributing to health related anxiety.
