No, you're not!: Hiv is an infection caused by a virus, and spread between people by blood contact, like by sharing needles or having sex without protection. It doesn't spread from sharing cups or eating utensils, or using the same towel. You have to get the person's blood in contact with your blood. So don't worry! I hope that helps!
