What is meant by solid subtle lesions in liver which are ill-defined and not visualised on the arterial phrase of ct scan?

That means there is no vessel in the lesion(s) or the lesion(s) is (are) not contrast enhanced. Benign lesions are more likely not contrast enhanced.
