Maybe not, but...: How big were the hemangiomas & solid nodules? Do you have earlier films for comparison that tell us how quickly these lesions have grown? Do you have follow-up tests that confirm the nature of your lesions? Do you have risk factors for adenoma (for women, taking birth control pills), hepatoma (underlying cirrhosis, viral hepatitis), cystic liver infections (e.g. Foreign travel)? Are you in pain?

See below: Fatty liver may be metabolic problems, obesity, medication toxicity. Something may need to be corrected to make the liver more normal. Liver hemangiomas - typically not a problem if small. Hypodense liver nodules - if they are cysts, nothing to worry. If they are solid, may need follow up or further evaluation.
