If you are not allergic to iodine and have not had reactions to previous imaging contrast agents, there is little risk of a reaction this time. The danger of an important health problem from mis-diagnosed or under-diagnosed "liver lesions" probably is far higher. Discuss with your doctor or radiologist if you remain concerned.
