How easy would it be to get hiv from contact of vaginal fluids with a finger that looks like a little small 2mm cut on the corner of a finger nail?

About 3 in 10,000: The risk of contracting the aids virus from a needlestick with a contaminated needle is 3 in 1000. The risk that you ask about likely would be in that range for a single exposure. If the exposure time was prolonged or repeated, then the risk would be proportionately higher. If you have been exposed, you should see your doctor for serologic testing and follow-up.

Possible not likely: While the possibility for transmission of disease exists it is likely to be relatively low. However only serologic testing can provide the definitive answer.
