Most likely an ankle sprain/ strain. If swollen, bruised, red, tender, and pain is worsening, see your doctor.

It’s possible you’re referring to the inside of the ankle is actually a little bit lower over the navicular bone. There are ligaments and tendons associated with this bone to help support the arch preventing overpronation. Also the tibialis posterior tendon travels underneath the inside of the ankle and this could be the cause of your pain from pronation
