Probably add support: I suspect the pain is on the same side of your ankle as the big toe (and not the other side where the little toe is). In this case, if there is no swelling or redness, get a good arch support from a sporting goods store and supportive sturdy shoes. If it doesn't start to feel better in 2 weeks, see a foot specialist. If its on the outside of the ankle (5th toe side) - replace shoes 1st.

See your doctor: Pain pain for no reason in a teenager without a history of an injury is unusual and should be seen by a doctor. If you turned your ankle and it hurts more the the usual time it takes a sprain to heal (1-6 weeks) you should see a doctor as well.
