If you have deficiencies, such as low vitamin D, low B-12, low iron, etc., use specific supplements. In general, in absence of deficiencies, multivitamins, herbals, OTC nutritional approaches are unnecessary if one ingests a well balanced diet in the USA. Ask your doctor if you possess some medical disorder causing inadequate health and energy.
