Hydration : adequate hydration is the key .combination of water,sport drinks like Gatorade ,avoid energy drinks and sodas and pops. 6-8 liter of fluids needed.lethargy and fatigue are the first sign of dehydration. Supplement of vitamin C and E and Zinc and B6and B12 could be a good combination to boost your immune system..remember hydration and adequate sleep and daily exercise are the keys to a healthy life
