Extremely angry strep. 6 days on 3 different iv and pill antibiotics no improvements. now on amox/clav 875 48hrs not much improvement. seems to be antibiotic resistancesy. had ct for abbsess (none present) dr says must ride out. any suggestions?

Continue to monitor your temperature, complete the course of the current antibiotic. If the symptoms persist, a culture with sensitivities to antibiotics may be ordered by your PCP. Watch for difficultly swallowing, persistent fever and test for COVID-19.
