Strep Tonsillitis: Drug of choice is pennicillin, if allergic use Erythromycin or zithromax.You can also use Amoxil or augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate). Strep is recurrent make sure to finish 10 days of treatment for complete cure.

Clindamicin: Dr cordero covers several. But clindamicin almost always works. And cephalosporins are currently more effective than erythromicins.
