Check doctor: If you have recurrence of infection, you should definitely check with your doctor to make sure the original diagnosis was correct. However, if you didn't finish your antibiotics, that may be the cause of recurrence, and you may need titration of your Coumadin (warfarin) while on therapy. All roads point to returning to your doctor.
