2 mos ago i had severe vulvar itching & had few tiny cuts, assumed frm scratching. i got 2 paps, std test and asked 4 herpes swab but wouldnt do it since i had 0 sores. does gen herpes always crust over? these healed without scab? 1 pin ndle cut left?

This probably is not herpes. Your description is much more typical for a yeast infection, not herpes. Also not typical for any other STI. Discuss with your doctor, or get a second opinion from a gyn who specializes in infections. Good luck.

Treated for yeast-fluconazole and Gardnerella- metronidazole. Absolutely no better with external burning/itching. STD negative and PAP normal.
