Your Gynecologist ca: It is best to seek advice from your Gynecologist and or a Dermatologist(if Gyn has not been able to help you much). These are symptoms of an infection but if that has been ruled out, some locally soothing cream might be able to relieve the itching...this will have to come from a Dermatologist. Pap smears are advised at 21 years of age and older females

Skin irritation?: If you have been to a doctor who checked the discharge for a variety of causes and all are negative then you may have irritation of the skin that causes the itchy and burning sensation. Take a look at the soaps, detergents and sprays you use on your body as well as the type of condoms, lotions or oils. Try unscented products and follow up with your health care provider.
