I have a lump on the left inside shin under my knee.ive had it for awhile but it never bothered me until recently.it seems to have gotten a little bigger.it can be tender and when it gets cold it feels tight..?

This requires immediate medical examination and evaluation. Tests need to be provided to diagnosis the soft tissue lump or mass. It is ludicrous to try and diagnose without proper testing and evaluation. . If required even biopsy might be needed But you need to go see your family doctor.
