Possible Baker's...: Cysts behind the cysts(Baker'r cysts) are common and can cause sudden pain and discomfort. IF you palpate it you may start using warm compresses three times a day, and if not allergic taking anti inflammatory medication(like ibuprofen). If not better or worse make sure you get seen by your PCP soon.
