Stopped ssris bc of side effects. then dr put me on abilify (aripiprazole) bc i felt tense even though body felt better. good idea?

No: Why were you on ssris? Abilify (aripiprazole) is an antipsychotic. So if there are no psychotic symptoms, you should avoid, as the side effects are not worth it. Would suggest mirtazepine for relaxation, sleep, central pain control.
