Yes it can happen: Abilify (aripiprazole) has a long elimination half-life: 75 hours for Aripiprazole and 94 hours for dehydro-aripirazole (metabolite), respectively. Since it takes 5 half lives for a medication to be mostly eliminated from your system, you will definitely still have Abilify (aripiprazole) in you for much longer than 2 days after your last dose. More like 375 - 470 hours, or 15 - 19 days. Talk with your doctor, please.
