Meds with food: Some of the meds you take may cause stomach upset, so it's good to take them with food. Some other ideas for reflux are to elevate the head of your bed slightly, not eat near bedtime, limit alcohol or NSAID use and consider a trial of a h2 blocker like ranitidine. If these do not help then consult with your practitioner for other causes like peptic ulcer or h.Pylori infection.
