I'm convinced that my constipation, itching, achy back pain, and deep achy rib/abdominal pain is pancreatic cancer. and i'm convinced that the discomfort and tightening in my right calf is a blood clot that formed from the cancer. what should i do?

The symptoms you describe sound much more like functional bowel disease (perhaps IBS - Irritable Bowel Syndrome) rather than pancreatic cancer, especially at age 19. However, this is not an appropriate forum to make such a determination. You need to check with a Primary Care doc or Gastroenterologist (and perhaps get a CT scan, if indicated)

Rule them out. Talk to your doc about your worries, work up may be needed. Health related anxiety is likely in case rather benign transient conditions are eventually diagnosed.
