Unlikely: Pancreatic Cancer is rare under the age of 40, so I seriously doubt that you have this diagnosis. If your symptoms do not settle down with antacids like Zantac (ranitidine) daily, then you should have a physician examine you and may also do a CT Scan of the abdomen which is the best way to check for any hidden tumor/growth or Cancer.
