Right abdomen pain and right back pain at times what symptoms would you have with pancreatic cancer? if pain was in this area? feels tight all around

Unlikely: Pancreatic Cancer is rare under the age of 40, so I seriously doubt that you have this diagnosis. If your symptoms do not settle down with antacids like Zantac (ranitidine) daily, then you should have a physician examine you and may also do a CT Scan of the abdomen which is the best way to check for any hidden tumor/growth or Cancer.
