Having these type of symptoms in just one extremity would make me think going to see someone would be the best idea. See your family doctor and get a complete work up and go from there. Usually if dehydration or electrolyte inbalance causes cramping in both extremities I am not aware of it affecting just one extremity. Multiple muscle groups are involved.
