May be ok but still: Leg cramps can be benign or a sign of iron deficiency, magnesium/potassium deficiency. The continued soreness during the day and the neck and shoulder pain suggest that there might be a rheumatologic problem underlying this. Get checked out for disease such as OA, PMR, RA by your doc

Be seen : You may need to be seen for an accurate diagnosis which can include multiple possibilities from metabolic and electrolyte abnormalities, to vascular problems, to even spinal cord compression in the neck. A detailed exam and appropriate studies will likely determine the cause and then specific treatment options.
